Who are we?

Essential Principals LLC, in partnership with Penn Foster High School, offers a supported pathway to a high school diploma for students in grades 9–12. Located in Tempe, Arizona, and operating under 360 Educational Services, our program is designed for students who need flexibility, individual guidance, and a second chance to thrive academically.

To ensure that all students—regardless of learning challenges, past educational experiences, or circumstances—can earn a recognized high school diploma and graduate with a plan for lifelong success.

Our Role & What Makes Us Unique

We are a third-party educational partner connected with Penn Foster High School, a nationally and regionally accredited online program. Students complete their coursework online at their own pace—which means many of our students finish high school in 6 to 18 months, depending on their commitment and transfer credits.

Our team ensures students stay on track, get the support they need, and move efficiently through the program without sacrificing quality.
